One of the prettiest wedding locations in Amsterdam must be the Hortus Botanicus. It’s a beautiful botanical garden in the city center, with greenhouses filled with tropical plants – let me tell you – it’s awesome! I was lucky enough to photograph the wedding of Laura & Pieter there. A sweet, beautiful, vibrant couple with their cutest little boy: Hugo.

Laura & Pieter planned an intimate day with family and friends. They started the day in their house in Amsterdam, got married by Pieters’ mom who became a wedding officiant for one day only and sat down for a dinner with lots of speeches, laughter and good food. After dinner we took the boat to Pllek for the party and some golden-hour photos.
