When you’re already in Tuscany for a destination wedding, why not also cross a nearby town off my travel bucket list…
My paper guide tells me that the city centre of Lucca is The place to live for lots of Italians. And as far as I can judge after being there just for one day: I can see why. Just imagine: a town or small city near Pisa, in the north of picturesque Tuscany. Small, busy streets (but not too crowded), suprising architecture and stunning views of the Alps that can be just around the next corner, and oh my those colors. The whole city is like a perfect pastel color palette: soft yellow and pistaccio walls, coral-like orange tones with darker green and Brown Contrasting colors.
Too much prettiness to capture, but I gave it my best try…
