Tshepiso & Kgomotso traveled all the way from Johannesburg, South-Africa to Amsterdam to elope. They already had their traditional, cultural wedding at home but chose Amsterdam for the ‘white wedding’ – to exchange their vows and rings.
The Choice for the capital of the Netherlands was quite easy for them: Kgomotso had visited the city before for work, and it was the first (long) week she had spent apart from Tshepiso. Kgomotso fell in love with Amsterdam, but also she and Tshepiso missed each other so much that they realized they wanted to be with each other forever, that they couldn’t imagine a life without each other.
As the Elopement photographer from Amsterdam I had the change to spent the days in the canals and streets of Amsterdam and it was magical to be the witnesses to the wedding of these amazing people. Enjoy! And be sure to checkout the video as well!
